[ug] Unterföhring – Das digitale FreeTV- Programm von Kabel Deutschland hat Zuwachs bekommen. Am 30. September beginnt die Aufschaltung von neuen Sendern. Anixe SD, Deluxe Music, Luxe TV, OraiaTV und ab Anfang November Timm machen das Senderangebot reichhaltiger.

Dies teilt der Sender in einer Presseerklärung mit. Die Zuschauer erwartet bei Anixe SD Spielfilme, Serien und Sportevents wie ausgewählte Fußball- Begegnungen; beispielsweise Spiele der WM-Qualifikation. Deluxe Music ist das erste Musikfernsehen explizit für Erwachsene, das unter anderem Pop aus mehreren Jahrzehnten, Jazz und Lounge-Sound bietet. OraiaTV bietet zahlreiche, spannende Reportagen zu unterschiedlichen Themen, vorwiegend in englischer Sprache.

Timm ist der erste Sender für Homosexuelle und alle anderen, die an dem Thema Mann interessiert sind. Ab Anfang November informiert und unterhält der Sender im digitalen Free-TV. Luxe TV verschreibt sich ganz dem Thema Luxus und informiert über die zahlreichen Konsumgüter aus diesem Hochpreis-Segment. Die englischsprachige Version des Programms ist in den Ausbaugebieten Kabel Deutschland zu empfangen.

Deutschlands größter Kabelnetzbetreiber versorgt – eigenen Angaben zufolge – bereits rund neun Millionen angeschlossene TV-Haushalte in 13 Bundesländern. Die Kabelnetze sind voll digitalisiert. So bietet die KDG jedem angeschlossenen Haushalt die Möglichkeit neben den 32 analogen TV- Programmen auf insgesamt rund 100 FreeTV-Sender zugreifen zu können.

Erneut eine Überfülle an neuen Platten in dieser Musikwoche: 1000 Robota, drei jungen Indie-Rockern aus Hamburg, ist das beste Debütalbum einer deutschen Band seit ewig geglückt. Peter Fox, einer der Sänger von Seeed, fährt ein ebenfalls fulminantes Solodebüt auf. Rosenstolz, die die letzten Jahre über vom kultigen Geheimtipp zu Deutschlands erfolgreichstem Pop-Duo mutierten, singen tröstliche Balladen, die Mut machen wollen. Und auch amerikanische Singer/Songwriter haben wieder Saison: Lindsey Buckingham, im Hauptberuf immer noch sporadischer kreativer Motor von Fleetwood Mac, überrascht mit seinem vielleicht besten Solowerk überhaupt. Veteran James Taylor hat ein Album mit Coverversionen von „Wichita Lineman“ bis „Suzanne“ aufgenommen. Tom Morello versucht sich fernab von Rage Against The Machine als Liedermacher. Josh Rouse zieht eine beachtliche erste Karriere-Bilanz. Und Ben Folds gibt einmal mehr den Mr. Seltsam, eine Rolle, die auch Kurt Wagner von Lambchop bestens beherrscht. Dagegen setzt Disney-Mädchen-Star Miley Cyrus mit ihrem neuen Album auf die Teenie-Massen und den Hannah-Montana-Boom. Aus der Steiermark melden sich die Neo-Grunge-Rocker Killed By 9V Batteries mit ihrem zweiten, ziemlich großartigen Langspieler. Und während die Softrocker von Travis mit ihrem jüngsten Werk ein wenig auf der Stelle treten, schickt Mike Skinner alias The Streets von den britischen Inseln sein schon viertes Album aus, und es ist einmal mehr richtig gut geworden. Was man ohne zu übertreiben auch vom neuen Longplayer der Thievery Corporation sagen kann, der die elegantesten digitalen Sounds auffährt, die derzeit zu hören sind.

[ug] Ismaning – Deluxe Music, das erste Musikfernsehen für Erwachsene, ist ab dem 30. September bei Kabel Deutschland digital empfangbar. Damit schließt der Sender eine Empfangslücke.

Die Verbreitung über Kabel Deutschland erhöht die Reichweite von Deluxe Music nach Senderangaben um 9,5 Millionen Haushalte. Bislang erreicht der Sender in der Bundesrepublik via Kabel (Unity Media, Kabel BW, EWT, Tele Columbus und NetCologne u.v.a.) rund zehn Millionen Haushalte, durch den Satellitenempfang (Astra 1H, 19,2 Grad Ost) kommen noch einmal 17 Millionen hinzu.

Europaweit verfügt Deluxe Music derzeit über eine technische Reichweite von rund 48 Millionen Haushalten. Hinzu kommen lizenziertes Hotel-Viewing und Public Viewing.

"Deutschland sucht die Superstars, wir haben sie. Deluxe steht für große Musik, echte Stars, grandiose Konzerte, rund um die Uhr und europaweit frei empfangbar. Premiumunterhaltung ganz ohne Klingeltonwerbung oder dusselige Datingshows", so Markus Langemann CEO von Deluxe. "Wir freuen uns sehr, dass ab sofort auch die Kabel Deutschland-Kunden ein niveauvolles Musikfernsehen empfangen können."

Das Programm von Deluxe Music wird komplett in Dolby Digital 5.1 übertragen. Das ist nicht nur im Bereich Musik-TV bisher weltweit einmalig. Zur Deluxe Unternehmensgruppe gehören neben dem Plattenlabel Sashimi Rrecords u.a. auch die Pay-TV Special-Interest-Kanäle Deluxe Rorck, Dedeluxe Soul und Deluxe Groove , sowie die zwei Radioprogramme Radio Deluxe und Deluxe Lounge Radio.

[ug] Unterföhring – Der Abo-TV-Sender Premiere informiert seine Kunden darüber, dass der Versand der Karten mit der neuen Nagravisions-Verschlüsselungssoftware ab dem 13. Oktober beginnt.

Dies erfuhr DIGITAL FERNSEHEN von Premiere. So legt das Unternehmen den Starttermin für den – intern genannten – "Regelbetrieb KDG" auf den 13. Oktober 2008 fest. "Ab dem 13.10.2008 können nur noch die neuen KDG-Smartcards angemeldet bzw. verschickt werden", heißt es ein einem Schreiben von Premiere zu dem Sachverhalt.

This is a try to make clients in queue with very unbalanced U:D difference to gain score at bit faster.
Clients are sorted by U:D difference, and the best client is then granted an accumulating time bonus for the period it remains as the client with the best U:D difference (that is, it has uploaded us more than we have). Only the best client for each calculated period will have the bonus.
The bonus, visible in the queue list near the waiting time, is kept by the client even after a new client is chosen as best.
The bonus is added at the "regular" waited time. Once the upload slot is granted the bonus is lost (independently of the amount of transferred data).

More details:
Clients ranked as 5 and up to 1, once they are sorted by score, do not accumulate any bonus (they are already going to get an upload slot quite soon). However if they got a bonus earlier, it is kept and used for final score calculation. Best client is thus chosen from clients that are ranked by score from 6 and below.
Time bonus is not saved, but has validity only during the current session. Bonus is kept if a client disconnects and reconnects later (but of course it won’t increase during the disconnection period).
Clients recognized as bad ones won’t get any bonus.
Yes, FastWeb clients will have the bonus as well if they have uploaded more than they have downloaded (which should be the usual case to get the time bonus for every client).
